Q: What services need to activate when using RF-V30?
A: Choose GSM SIM card and activate GPRS and caller ID display service and turn off the function of PIN code.
Q: What will happen if the PIN code of the SIM Card has not been turned off?
A: It may cause crash,fail to charge or switch on,ect.
Q: Can the device locate without a SIM Card?
A: Though the GPS module does not need GSM SIM Card, the GPS device need to upload the positioning data to the platform or send to the guardian’s phones, so if no SIM card, the device becomes unpractical.
Q: Is it difficult to operate RF-V30?
A: No, it is very easy. There are 2 ways to operate:
1. Scan the user manual cover’s QR code to install APP ”Reachfar” or “Anytracking”, then you can set all functions on the APP.
2. Send SMS command to set up the functions.
Q: How long is the RF-V30’s standby time?
A: When it runs with factory set mode—positioning every 10 minutes, the device’s standby 50 hours.
1)Upload location date every 10 minutes, the standby time is 50 hours, talking time is 4 hours(Actual test).
2)Turn off APP and Web platform function, the standby time is about 10 days. Note: Above test data is under the status of strong GSM network.
